The City of Fort Lauderdale has flourished into a major metropolitan area in Florida for both neighbors and businesses. Despite this success, there is a need for more affordable housing options. As the population continues to grow, the City is seeking ways to ensure balanced growth by creating affordable housing incentives and implementing progressive plans that encourage developers to create a broad selection of housing options.
